I recently found a lump on one of my testicles. It feels like a salt grain what is it. Please help.

Good for you for checking yourself as testicular tumors ( many of which are very treatable) do present as lumps. However .what you describe doesnt sound like it. But you should see a Dr to have him explain to you what is normal and what to look for in the future. He will have a diagram for you so you will understand. Also, Prostate Cancer is usually detected by a rectal exam,followed by a biopsy not what you are feeling so thats not it. Also a PSA blood test can help but is not always helpful in Prostate Cancer
